Abstract. The article shows qualitative and quantitative differences of self-perception among teachers of three groups. The first group was examined before immersion in the training program. The second group of teachers passed a social and psychological research after visiting one author’s module-training: «Formation of professionally important qualities and the basis of methodical work; social design and project activities of schoolchildren». The third group underwent research after listening to three author modules-trainings: «Formation of professionally important qualities and the basis of methodical work; social design and project activities of schoolchildren; the second module: «Leadership qualities, how to distinguish leadership qualities among students»; «Team building, roles in the team, how to organize a team»; the third module: «Motivation, internal motivation – an effective management tool», «Cognitive plastic: non-standard thinking and perception»; «Stress resistance».

Experimental experimental base was the association «Russian movement of schoolchildren» – All-Russian public and state children’s and youth organization of the city of Magnitogorsk. The study covered more than 50 teachers of 30 educational schools. As a research method, SWOT analysis, content analysis was used.

It is clearly demonstrated that the positive self-perception of oneself as a successful professional in the teacher can be achieved in the process of development of professional qualities and personal orientation, in creative activity that can be organized by a psychologist in social and psychological training work.

Thus, properly organized and thematically selected work in the format – training – is a good incentive not only for the external, but also for the internal development of the teacher, the class teacher who performs the functions of the organizers and coordinators of the educational activity of schoolchildren. Training – a socio-psychological condition, favorable for the formation of positive professional self- perception of the teacher.
