Abstract. This article examines the potential of the cross-cultural pedagogical technology «ART+» as an effective tool for the spiritual and moral education of elementary school students through engagement with traditional folk arts and crafts. The theoretical foundations of the technology, its interdisciplinary nature, and the mechanism of integrating art into the structure of the school day are revealed, ensuring a holistic immersion of children in the cultural space of the topic. Particular attention is paid to the formation of basic spiritual and moral values in younger students — respect for the history and culture of their people, an emotionally and value-based attitude towards nature and work, and an understanding of the interconnectedness of man and the surrounding world. It is shown that engaging with folk arts and crafts contributes to the development of aesthetic perception, cognitive activity, and the ability to transfer knowledge between different areas. The role of the teacher as a key figure, ensuring the cultural content of the lessons and creating pedagogical conditions for the assimilation of traditional values, is substantiated. The conclusion is drawn about the significance of technologies of this type for the formation of cultural identity and the spiritual and moral development of students.
