Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the world of childhood in the poetic work of Svetlana Dinislamova, the Mansi writer of Yugra (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra, Russian Federation). The research focuses on revealing the poet’s childhood experiences and emotional experiences through the prism of lyrical works. The article examines the key motifs associated with images of a child, mother, family, homeland, concepts of happiness, childhood, and maternal love.

The objective of the article is to identify the features of the artistic embodiment of childhood in Dinislamova’s lyrics, the influence of personal childhood memories on the formation of her author’s style and artistic vision based on the material of the Russian-language poetry collection «My Quiet Happiness».

The research tasks of the article are to study existing scientific in fiction, analyze the biography of S. Dinislamova, personal memories and family stories that influenced her creative development, identify key motifs of childhood in the poet’s lyrics, determine the symbolic meaning of images of a homeland, mother, family, home determining the connection between the theme of childhood and ethno-cultural identity.

The significance of the work lies in the special attention paid to the author’s specific perception of her past, expressed in a vivid artistic form. The presentation of the factual material and the analytical analysis of the texts will allow us to see the children’s theme in a new light and expand our understanding of the literary heritage of the peoples of the North. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time in the context of Ob-Ugric poetry, the theme of childhood in the poetic work of S. Dinislamova is analyzed, and the motifs of childhood are systematized in determining their connection with the ethnocultural tradition.
