Formation of a dialogue of cultures in an international team of university students

Abstract. In this article, the author considers one of the most pressing problems for Russian society — the problem of the formation of interethnic relations. The question of the dialogue of cultures in the context of interethnic interaction is not only historically important for our country, but has also acquired particular relevance in the modern world, characterized by a tendency towards the violent resolution of interethnic conflicts and the growing popularity of extremist ideology and chauvinist ideas. The author has chosen the field of research of the conditions for the implementation of the activities of educational organizations of the higher education system of Russia as the most effective in the issue of socialization of youth and solving the problem of forming a tolerant attitude of representatives of different peoples to each other. The relevance of the problem of forming a dialogue of cultures and a tolerant attitude towards representatives of various ethnic groups, identifying Russians, Chechens, Lezgins, Ukrainians and other nations living in Russia as Russians is indicated. The author describes the process of socialization as the main tool in the process we are considering. In the proposed article, the author analyzes the impact of the globalization processes of society on the nature of the development of interethnic relations in the team of students of educational institutions of the higher education system. The article presents an analysis of the scope of activities of educational organizations, in particular, in the higher education system, where students often represent a small group from a specific area of residence, where in most cases one, sometimes several, nationalities prevail. The difference between the system of higher education as a collective more diverse in ethnic composition is presented, where the student gets acquainted with representatives of cultures that he has not encountered before. The article describes the age and psychological traits of students of higher educational institutions in the context of a conflict of interests at the interpersonal level.
