Transformation of the role of the corporate culture of the organization in the formation of staff loyalty

Abstract. The article analyzes the role of corporate culture in the coherence of the activities of private companies, employee satisfaction with working conditions. The authors, analyzing the results of a study conducted in 2023 among managers and employees of private companies in Moscow comes to the conclusion that despite the attention paid by managers to the elements of corporate culture, there is currently a contradiction between the understanding of the «contribution» on the part of management to the formation of the attractiveness of work and the satisfaction of staff in the conditions of their professional activity. As a solution, he suggests the introduction of a corporate code in private companies containing the basic ideological principles. The Corporate Code will allow you to combine, structure and make information convenient for perception and effective assimilation, help employees receive information in a timely and complete manner — and, consequently, participate more closely in the life of the organization. A special role is played by the psychological climate, ergonomics and technical aesthetics of workplaces, incentive conditions, expanding the range of tasks to be solved, and providing greater independence. The proposed measures reflect the corporate culture and will contribute to increasing staff loyalty as a necessary condition for the well-coordinated work of the company.
