Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of personality identity in the conditions of virtualization of cultural space and creation of an autoproject of personality as a total way of identity of a person and an author, which is important in the modern sociocultural situation. Using the network theory of interactions as a platform for the formation of the image of the self and the theory of network authorship, we have the basis, as the authors of the article claim, to speak about the phenomenon of collective authorship or the absence of authorship. The network nature of the modern information society, considered by M. Castells in his theory, can be applied to modern literature, works of art, and other creative products. It is about creating a collective information product whose authorship is lost in the diversity of interpretations by individual subjects involved in its creation. This situation leads to the fact that human identification becomes poly-subjective and lacunary, which is due to the extreme monoplasticity of information.
Keywords: human identity; digital environment; network culture; collective subject; self-projected personality; virtualization; and rhizome
