Personnel rotation as a system element in staff management of organization

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of personnel management in an organization using the process of personnel rotation as a system element. The article considers various concepts of personnel rotation from the point of view of management sociology, based on the opinions of domestic and foreign researchers. The author pays special attention to the issues of social adaptation of the organization’s employees during the preparatory period of rotation. The article uses an approach to personnel rotation as a way to improve the efficiency of employees in the organization. The research methodology includes a group of General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction), as well as a group of special methods: content analysis of scientific literature, statistical analysis. When conducting the empirical part of the study, the survey method was used, in which employees of ООО «MF Poisk» participated. The main objective of the survey was to study the satisfaction of employees and managers of the company with the results of personnel rotations and determine their effectiveness, including social. After the survey, at the first stage of the study, the author of the article gave methodological recommendations to the company’s management to improve the social efficiency of personnel rotation. At the second stage of the study, the author of the article conducted a repeated survey to assess the social effectiveness of staff rotation, which was carried out taking into account the previously given methodological recommendations. The data of the second survey had higher indicators of social efficiency of personnel rotation. Based on the results of the study, results were obtained showing that step-by-step planning, training and conducting staff rotation contribute to improving the social efficiency of staff rotation and the organization’s activities as a whole.
