Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the cultural and industrial complex of Russia as a strategic direction of the state cultural policy aimed at strengthening national identity and cultural sovereignty. The relevance of the topic is determined by the increasing role of creative industries in the formation of a unified cultural space and in countering global ideological influences. The novelty lies in the systematization of modern mechanisms of state support for creative industries in connection with the tasks of preserving the cultural code of the country. The paper describes the principles of economic and cultural integration, examines strategic planning documents, legislative acts and analytical publications reflecting the current state of the creative sector. Special attention is paid to the connection between the development of creative industries, the translation of spiritual and moral values and the education of civic identity. The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of the functioning of the cultural and industrial complex in the context of public policy and its impact on strengthening the unity of society. Comparative, analytical and systematic methods are used to achieve the goal. In conclusion, it is shown that the cultural and industrial complex acts not only as an economic, but also as an ideological tool for the development of the country. The article is intended for researchers, teachers, managers and specialists in the field of culture.
