Abstract. The hermeneutic approach, combined with cognitive and linguocultural, allows to penetrate deeper into semantic and grammatical originality Proverbs English and Avar languages are genetically unrelated, multi-structural and multi-level. Paremiology the studied languages are studied in the aspect of anthropocentrism, somatisms established the paradigm of universals and unikali Proverbs Avar language. The work reveals the national-cultural specificity of the categorization of the world through the prism of lacunar linguistic units. Philosophical method integrates the findings.
