Designing and constructing elements of the educational environment as a prerequisite for training a teacher for professional activities in the information society

Abstract. The article highlights the main changes in the sphere of scientific knowledge and cognition, to which the process of development, introduction and use of modern technologies in various spheres of modern society leads. On the basis of a theoretical analysis of literary foreign and domestic sources, the formulation of the need to prepare a teacher for a new type of knowledge is formulated.
The author touches upon the issue of preparing a teacher for professional activity in the new realities, justifies the need to use in the vocational training system of a modern teacher approaches oriented to designing and constructing an educational environment using modern technologies (technologies of augmented and virtual reality, 3D technologies and prototyping technologies educational robotics).
The article theoretically substantiates the need to use the design and technological approach not only in the field of professional training of polytechnical orientation, but in the humanitarian sphere, namely, in the vocational training of the teacher. The article deals with the aspects of implementation of the design and technological approach in the system of professional training of the teacher in the context of the organization of the educational process.
The article substantiates in a theoretical way the necessity of applying the experimental and constructive approach to the professional training of the computer science teacher. On the basis of empirical experience, the key pedagogical conditions for organizing the experimental and constructive activity of students within the pedagogical university are defined. In the conditions of the pedagogical university, the prospective fields of activity in the field of designing educational systems and educational artifacts are defined: the scope of using the technologies of augmented reality in education, the use of virtual reality technologies in education, 3D modeling and prototyping technologies, and educational robotics technologies. The article describes the first educational results.
