About possibility of creation of conditions of system of re-socialization of the representatives of Muslim culture who have served sentence in the conditions of the modern urbanized community

Abstract. The scientific article discusses the topic of the demand of the modern urbanized community to reduce the overall level of social tension, one of the growth factors of which is the presence in society of a significant number of maladapted persons, in one way or another, do not fit into the usual conditions of its life.

It is emphasized that penitentiary institutions are not the only, but stable suppliers to the society of «non-fitting» citizens. It is noted that modern society does not have stable mechanisms of opposition to such a factor of escalation of social tension as the growth of the number of maladapted or insufficiently adapted to life in it people. The data of quantitative characteristics of the prevalence of religions among the population of Russia are given. The basic terms are revealed: socialization, resocialization, desocialization, asocialization, socialization and resocialization processes. Mechanisms, factors of influence and organization of the environment of re-socialization of former Muslim prisoners, risk factors in the process of social adaptation are studied. The mechanism of formation of the resocialized personality of the former prisoner is considered. The author’s understanding of what is the result of resocialization and how the author sees the result of resocialization of prisoners is concretized. The key tasks associated with the formation of the environment of resocialization are formulated, the meaning of the concept «trajectory of resocialization of former prisoners» is revealed.
