Abstract. The article analyzes the early ideas of Soviet management sociology. A brief review of the activities of scientists, research institutes and scientific groups aimed at the scientific analysis of the organization of labor activity in the framework of the formation of concepts of the scientific organization of labor is carried out. The criteria for periodization and the internal institutional structure of the initial stage in the formation of Soviet management sociology are determined. Arguments in favor of the decisive influence of A.A. Bogdanova on the process of formation of early schools of management sociology.
The author defines the key tasks of this period in the development of management sociology. One of these seems to be a deep creative reworking by Soviet sociology of ideas expressed in the framework of the “bourgeois” labor concepts of Henry Ford, Frederick Winslow Taylor, Henri Fayol with the subsequent reception of the Soviet model for building complexes of social ties and labor management on the ground. The relationship with the development of regional theoretical approaches to the construction of early versions of Soviet management concepts is established.
The author established a fundamentally erroneous statement about the purely economic nature of this section of Soviet scientific and philosophical thought, which made it possible to determine precisely the concepts considered for the sphere of management sociology. The article establishes at least three conditional periods of the early stage of institutionalization of Soviet management sociology (“Bogdanovsky”, the stage of “post-Bogdanovian” inertia, and the stage of discussion with Taylorism and the completion of the formation of Soviet management science. The author presents the idea of replacing the classical periodization of early sociological management paradigm for its fragmentation into schools and areas: “ergonomic, psychological, social and rationalization”. The key influence of the main provisions of “Tectology” («seobschey organizational science») A.A. Bogdanov.
