Conservatism of civilizational values as the need to preserve a harmonious world

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of conservatism of civilizational values, the purpose of which is to preserve a harmonious world. The understanding and perception of values on which the resolution of problems, contradictions and crises depends is outlined. The author notes that values for Man and Humanity have a special unconscious significance, have a long nature of origin and formation, time-tested, and therefore are axiomatic, and are perceived by the absolute majority of people as immutability. The quantitative ratio of the values of civilizations formed at the initial stage, which were concentrated in the form of commandments in all world religions, is determined. It is stated that the values common to all civilizations are universal. The article notes that the way out of the crisis is possible due to the restoration of a stable equilibrium or the emergence of a new foundation that will preserve socio-cultural unity and the development of civilization. The factors and causes of shifting equilibria in the value system are highlighted. It is noted that such changes in the system of values and structure are possible only within the framework of transformation with the prevention of deformation and destructurization. External and internal changes are possible. The factors are one’s own state and another state. The following reasons are considered: the need for internal social displacement — transformation; cultural impact. The author notes that the development of civilization is a consistent change in value systems and is associated with their assessment and reassessment. It is stated that the increment of values is possible based on the traditions of preserving the meaning of the essence of values. It is determined that civilizational values are formed through civilizational happiness.
