Calls and threats of the digital reality: to the question on realization of principles of equality and justice

Abstract. In modern conditions that numerous sociological polls, the official statistics and official statements confirm, the problem of overcoming of poverty, social injustice and an inequality has actual character, not only being projected on the world virtual, but also being aggravated with its calls. Owing to doubtless scientific interest of a problematics of realisation of principles of equality and justice in the conditions of a digital epoch the author considers it from the various points of view: (1) in unity with a problematics of poverty and legal categories of a living wage having a direct bearing on it, the minimum wage rate and the taxation of persons, its receiving; (2) from the point of view of the increased requirement in isonomies and social justice; (3) in realities of information and propaganda boom, the pandemics, a going deep digital inequality; (4) in interrelation of categories of justice and the validity, authenticity, reliability, in particular, the information made, stored and extended on the Internet; (5) in a context of moral aspects online- and offline-lives; (6) through a prism of a problematics of legislative fastening of the maintenance of a principle of justice. According to the author, the increased inquiry on isonomy and justice is a consequence of that poverty, various forms of an inequality and plurality of displays of social injustice in physical space are reproduced in space virtual. The digital inequality in conditions всепроникающего presence of the Internet at all spheres social and private life, the broadest possibilities of digital technologies, a recognition of digital economy as the main course of development, and digital skills — the main qualities of the individual is fraught with weight of the consequences peculiar to life behind a board of the generated trend. In view of and other problems of a digital epoch directly related to concept of justice, namely: isolation of the information from a reality, truthfulness, reliability, and also morals degradation, its decrease регулятивной functions, washing out of moral and aesthetic regulators of behaviour — the author comes to a conclusion that crucial importance in such situation gets the right based on a priority of a principle of justice that staticizes a problem of legislative fastening of the maintenance of a principle of justice. The author is convinced that the most expedient variant of legislative fastening of a principle of justice is its formulation in общеправовом a kind in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and in concretised — in the branch legislation. Leaning against pressing questions in the field of the taxation and provision of pensions, it results arguments in favour of such approach.
