Promotion of professional community by means of digital communications

Abstract. Article is devoted to a question of plan development of promotion of professional community in the digital environment. Transition to the plane of digital communications allows community to build up mutually beneficial relations both in the community, and out of him. It helps each participant of professional community to resolve issues of own development, search of adherents, search of the new ideas, creations of innovations and new projects. In article definitions are given to professional community and digital communications. The author selects the main characteristics of professional community and also describes differences of digital communications from traditional offline communications. In order that today the community successfully functioned, achieved the goals, it is necessary to build communications in online. The website – the tool which is representative office of community on the Internet. Groups on social networks solve problems of involvement of participants in discussion, generation of the ideas, knowledge sharing and so forth. External online actions – the necessary channel of digital communications which allows to attract new participants in professional community. Internal online actions are the tool of the solution of the current tasks of community. Creation of the knowledge base is one of the most important problems of life of community. Collecting, storage, search of knowledge and issue can be made by means of different modern technology solutions. In article the conclusion that use of digital communications is important aspect for successful work of professional community is drawn, and the main channels of such communications are the website of community, group on social networks, use of services for organization of events, online resources for creation of the knowledge base, for holding online events.
