Telia), in revealing the creative potential of the linguistic personality. The relevance of the research is determined by the importance of studying a new vocabulary, in which the connection between the phenomena of reality, a person and his value attitude to them is realized by means of language. The purpose of the work is to study the structural, semantic and functional features of neologisms of culinary and gastronomic topics. The sources of the language material are the information and search lexicographic resource \u00abNew in Russian vocabulary. Dictionary materials\u00bb ILR RAS (St. Petersburg), as well as telegram channel by B. Iomdin \u00abLearned a new word\u00bb. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that culinary and gastro-nomic neologisms created as a result of the action of the word-formation mechanisms of the modern Russian language, performing nominative, reflect important socio-political events of modern life, their assessment, verbalize the speech intentions of speakers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> neology; neologism; semantics; word formation; culinary and gastronomic topics; mediaculture; media axiology<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dimitrieva Olga Albertovna Chuvash I.
