This situation is associated with a decrease in the birth rate and an increase in mortality in 2019\u20132021. and the fact that migration population growth is not sufficient to balance the population in the cities of the Altai Territory. And starting from 2021, the demographic situation is complicated by a decrease in the migration growth rate, especially in the city of Barnaul (-7,4 \u2030).
