Abstract.<\/strong> The article presents the contextual meanings of the lexeme \u00abDiktatfrieden\u00bb (Russian: \u00abdictator’s world\u00bb), identified during the analysis of various examples of the use of this lexeme and its lexical equivalents using the method of describing qualia-structure (Qualia-Structure), proposed by J. Pusteyovsky. The identified attributes of the qualia structure \u2014 formal, constitutive, telic and agentive \u2014 are represented by a number of meanings, some of which are reflected in definitions in authentic explanatory dictionaries of the German language, the rest were identified in the context and constitute a peripheral zone in relation to the core of dictionary definitions. This method of description was used for the first time to analyze German composites and made it possible to establish additional meanings that influence the formation of political discourse. Peripheral meanings are not specifically occasional, but they manifest the implementation of a certain scenario or propaganda, form public opinion due to the inflationary use of this lexeme in the media and the creation of information tension. As a result of the analysis, in particular, such semes as \u00abdangerous\u00bb, \u00abcontrary to the meaning\u00bb, \u00abunacceptable\u00bb, \u00abscenario\u00bb were identified, associated with the absence of a corresponding legal denotation, that is, an event or fact of a contract confirming the origin (agentive attribute) of this phenomenon. At the intersection of cognitive linguistics and legal linguistics, the manipulation of meaning in order to put pressure on public opinion by constructing false presuppositions seems to be an arbitrary or intentional cognitive distortion, a phenomenon close to the spread of fakes and can be considered as a legal phenomenon if, as a result of the publication of a conflict-generating text, damage has been caused to the interests of one of the parties.<\/p>\n
