Russian scientists are actively working on the development of indicators that affect the quality of working life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article presents the author&#8217;s approach to identifying indicators that affect the quality of working life at the organization level: \u00abmanagement of the organization\u00bb; \u00abregulation of spheres of professional activity\u00bb; \u00absocio-psychological climate\u00bb; \u00abjob satisfaction\u00bb; \u00absalary\u00bb; \u00abworking conditions\u00bb; \u00abopportunity for staff development and self-improvement\u00bb; \u00abassessment of personnel work\u00bb; \u00abthe ratio of working and free time\u00bb; \u00abthe impact of labor activity on the health of personnel\u00bb; \u00absocial guarantees\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To test this approach to identify indicators that affect the quality of the working life of personnel, as well as the factors that form these indicators, we conducted an empirical study using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire. on the basis of the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education in the city of Novosibirsk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the study: to identify indicators that positively and negatively affect the quality of the working life of teachers. The study showed that such indicators as \u00abregulation of the spheres of professional activity\u00bb, \u00abremuneration\u00bb, \u00abworking conditions\u00bb have a negative impact on the quality of working life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following indicators positively affect the quality of the working life of teachers: \u00abmanagement of the organization\u00bb, \u00abjob satisfaction\u00bb, \u00abopportunities for development and self-improvement\u00bb, \u00ablabor assessment\u00bb and \u00absocial guarantees\u00bb. The study showed that the quality of working life in the organization of higher education is at a fairly high level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To improve the quality of working life in the system of higher education in the city of Novosibirsk, it is important to strengthen the level of regulation of professional activities.
