{"id":3507,"date":"2023-09-20T12:06:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T09:06:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sfk-mn.ru\/en\/?p=3507"},"modified":"2023-09-20T12:06:19","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T09:06:19","slug":"15flsk323","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sfk-mn.ru\/en\/15flsk323.html","title":{"rendered":"Deverbatives as a means of actualization of taxis syncretism (based on the material of the German language)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Arkhipova Irina Viktorovna<\/strong><br \/>\nNovosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Novosibirsk, Russia<br \/>\nE-mail: irarch@yandex.ru<br \/>\nRSCI: <a href=\"https:\/\/elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=263041\">https:\/\/elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=263041<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> This article is devoted to describe of German deverbative nouns, acting as a means of actualization of taxis syncretism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of this study is to determine the taxis functional of various German deverbatives used with polysemic prepositions bei, unter, mit, durch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The material of the study is German utterances with deverbatives with circumstantial prepositions, obtained by directed sampling from the electronic database of the Leipzig National Corpus (LC) and the Electronic Dictionary of the German Language (DWDS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the course of the study, it was found that German deverbatives act as polyfunctional taxis actualizers. Taxis syncretism is due to their polyfunctionality, as well as the polyfunctionality of some polysemic prepositions. The polysemic prepositions of the German language are characterized by functional dualism. They determine the syncretism of taxic meanings, and also mark a certain variant of them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result of the study, it was concluded that deverbatives in combination with the prepositions bei, unter, mit and durch act as a way of actualizing various taxis meanings \u2014 primary taxis and secondary taxis. Polysemic prepositions determine the syncretism of taxic meanings and mark a certain kind of them (primary-taxis, conditional-taxis, causal-taxis, instrumental-taxis, medial-taxis, modal-taxis). The syncretism of taxis meanings is also determined by other constituents of the taxis environment in which deverbatives are functioning. When combined with indicators of phaseness or iterativeness, deverbatives realize the function of actualizers of syncretic taxis categorial meanings \u2014 phase-taxis and iterative-taxis. Such prototypical elements of the taxis environment as derivational-iterative deverbatives, phasic verbs and verbal analytic constructions, as well as iterative attributes and adverbials act as determinants of syncretic phase-taxis and iterative-taxis categorial meanings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main results of the work are intended to find their practical application in the practice of teaching functional grammar in language universities, as well as in further grammatical and comparative studies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> taxis; taxis syncretism; taxic meanings; deverbatives; polysemic prepositions; taxis markers; taxis actualizers<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arkhipova Irina Viktorovna Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Novosibirsk, Russia E-mail: irarch@yandex.ru RSCI: https:\/\/elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=263041 Abstract.
