Orwel \u00ab1984\u00bb, O. Huxley \u00abBrave New World\u00bb and \u00abApe and Essence\u00bb, R. Bradbudy \u00ab451 Fahrenheit\u00bb. The article under consideration represents part of the results of the dissertation research. The purpose of our study is to fulfill a complex analysis of the qualitative and quantitative specifications of diagnostic semantic characteristics that make up the structural components of the semantic field. Semantic field is a certain set of diagnostic semantic features organized into a certain structure. Scientific novelty of our research lies in the consideration of the structural components of the semantic space at the intersection of philology, quantitative linguistics and lexical semantics. First, we have identified 12 semantic features, organized within four semantic plans: \u00abanthropological\u00bb (anthropo-somatic, anthropo-mental features), \u00absocial\u00bb (socio-personal, socio-non-personal features), \u00abnaturalistic\u00bb (natural-biogenic, natural-abiogenic features) and \u00abontological\u00bb (onto-material, onto-non-material). Then, with a help of frequency analysis, we established frequency relevant semantic characteristics. The next task is to connect the results of the scientific research with the plot of these novels and to determine the degree of apocalyptic storyline. The results if this research, based on the parameter of oppositions, showed that O. Huxley\u2019s novel \u00abBrave New World\u00bb is recognized as a differentially marked one.
