Interest in learning Chinese in the world is steadily increasing, which contributes to the constant emergence and development of linguistic concepts and learning approaches. Over the past decades, Russian Sinology has reached a new scientific level, also due to the emergence of the predicative concept of language. Nevertheless, current Chinese textbooks used so far are largely outdated and no longer reflect the objective realities of the Chinese grammatical system. When explaining grammatical rules, many textbooks still use the terms of the European grammatical system (parts of speech \u2014 noun, verb, adjective; sentence members \u2014 subject, adverb, predicate, object, definition). The formulations are often contradictory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the study, we analyzed the most currently used Chinese textbooks, and conducted a survey among students who use these textbooks. The results obtained made it possible to identify the weaknesses of the current textbooks (it can be noted that the respondents who chose both the first and the second textbook had quite a lot of difficulties and questions related to the study of grammar; among the topics that caused difficulties, there are many related to the syntax of the Chinese language), as well as to identify the criteria for the development of a new relevant teaching and methodological complex in the Chinese language.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Chinese; Chinese textbooks; teaching Chinese; typology of the Chinese language; predication concept; approaches to teaching Chinese; Russian Sinology<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dubrovskaia Kristina Eduardovna Moscow City University, Moscow, Russia E-mail: ke.dubrovskaya@yandex.ru RSCI: https:\/\/www.elibrary.ru\/author_profile.asp?id=970744 Abstract.
