The focus of the sociological understanding of the essence of restrictive measures is precisely the change of the usual channels and formats of interaction of individuals, which has become the main consequence of restrictions. These processes were especially illustrative in large settlements, cities \u2014 where the density of social contacts is much higher. In this regard, the analysis of transformations of social interaction practices makes it possible to identify the key factors that formed the conditions for the rooting of the broadcast changes observed after the end of the restrictions. An interview was chosen as the research method. This method was applied to representatives of low-mobility groups of the population who are clients of social services: disabled people, parents of children with disabilities and elderly citizens (N = 27). The geography of the study has spread to three Russian cities: Kazan, Saratov, Tomsk (2021). Thanks to the use of this toolkit, it was possible to identify and analyze the main changes in social practices of low-mobility citizens in connection with restrictive measures. The advantage of this methodology of data collection and interpretation is a deep understanding of the phenomenon under study.
