Abstract.<\/strong> This article raises the issue of updating the problems of creating favorable working conditions at an industrial enterprise. The authors emphasize that in conditions of uncertainty, many organizations are experiencing financial difficulties and, as a result, there may be a reduction in investments in labor protection and in creating the most favorable working conditions for staff. The article presents the experience of labor protection, the creation of favorable working conditions in order to preserve the life and health of workers at an industrial enterprise operating in the electric power industry. The authors analyzed the indicators characterizing the formation of favorable working conditions, and also presented the experience of the enterprise in implementing measures aimed at creating safe working conditions, maintaining and restoring the health of personnel in the course of their work. The study showed that labor protection is one of the priorities of the organization’s personnel policy. The organization is increasing financial investments in the creation of safe workplaces, a special assessment of working conditions is carried out in a timely manner, recommendations for improving working conditions are being implemented, the Labor Protection Committee is working, and timely training of personnel in labor protection standards is being carried out. The enterprise actively involves the personnel in the work on creating safe working conditions, develops motivational programs that encourage the personnel to comply with all labor protection standards and take a responsible attitude to the safety requirements. Also, the authors in the article raise the issue of the need to form a safety culture among the staff and adherence to the requirements and standards of labor protection. The practical significance of this analytical work lies in the possibility of broadcasting the presented experience and practical developments at industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation operating in the energy sector.<\/p>\n
