In particular, the conditions of interaction between local authorities and the population in social networks are considered. In the context of historical analysis, the main scientists who considered and studied this issue were identified. The purpose of the work is to determine ways of interaction with the population through social networks to prevent and eliminate conflicts «local authorities-population». The structure of the Moscow Government and the place of the press service in it are considered. Shows the main goals and objectives, as well as regulations that regulate its activities. The most promising methods of interaction and development have been identified. With the help of observational methods, statistical analysis of data and the use of a specially developed questionnaire, a sociological study was conducted, in which 370 public advisers to the head of the council took part. Problems of interaction were identified, shortcomings on the part of the authority in the implementation of information activities were indicated. The high importance of promptly obtaining reliable information in the prevention and de-escalation of conflicts between authorities and citizens was noted. In this regard, the need to maintain an official website, its daily filling with relevant news, as well as the development of working accounts for the leadership of this authority is revealed. The active use of social networks helps to identify problematic issues, as well as to predict and prevent conflict situations. However, social networks have their drawbacks and limitations, which must be taken into account in order not to provoke conflict. The analysis carried out by the authors made it possible to identify and show the main problems of social networks and methods that help reduce negative trends in their use. Practical recommendations were given on the creation of a special department, which is part of the press service, for the operational monitoring of social networks in government bodies, and the main tasks of this department to reduce conflicts of the «local government-population» type were indicated.

Keywords: social networks; interaction; conflict; local government; local population

Rychikhina Ehlina Nikolaevna Moscow City University, Moscow, Russia Institute of Special Education and Psychology E-mail: richihinaen@mgpu.ru ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2146-574X RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=425122 Neskorodeva Ekaterina Petrovna Moscow City University, Moscow, Russia Institute of Special Education and Psychology E-mail: neskorodeva.kate@gmail.com Borovikova Anastasiya Mikhaylovna Moscow …

[28,5

post-2753","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-issue-3-2022","category-article
["GET
