Various definitions of the concept are given and, based on the analysis, the author’s definition of «hybrid (blended) learning» is proposed. Among the main reasons for the emergence and spread of hybrid (mixed) format, the following prerequisites are highlighted: generational change — a request for different forms of content; technologies — digitalization of many processes; business needs — change of business processes.

The world experience of the formation and evolution of the hybrid corporate training format is analyzed, and the key parameters of the implementation of educational activities in the format of mixed training of personnel of modern organizations are determined. The authors have identified modern forms, methods and tools of hybrid learning, such as: webinar, scribe video, longrid, remote training seminar, workshop, role-playing game, coaching, hackathon, meetup, bootcamp.

The technology of blended learning is considered by the authors as a synergetic technology that makes it possible to more effectively use the advantages of both face-to-face and e-learning, and to offset or mutually compensate for the disadvantages of each of them. Based on the analysis, a conclusion is made about the prospects of using a hybrid learning model, which takes into account the advantages of both online and offline directions. Over time, according to the authors, the new approach to learning will become familiar and will enter the educational process both in corporate training of personnel and in the framework of the organization of the educational process in higher and secondary educational institutions.

Keywords: hybrid (blended) learning of personnel; hybridization of training formats; corporate training; online training; offline training; distant format

Mkheidze Liya Revazovna Pyatigorsk State University, Pyatigorsk, Russia E-mail: Mkheidze87@gmail.com ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1252-6240 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=798365 Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.ru/citations?user=n6Cs4OMAAAAJ Asrieva Ekaterina Nikolaevna Russian State Social University Pyatigorsk branch, Pyatigorsk, Russia E-mail: e.asrieva@mail.ru RSCI: https://www.elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=614161 Semenova Elmira Khuseevna North Caucasian State Academy, Cherkessk, …

[25,5

post-2325","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-issue-4-2021","category-article
["GET
