Abstract.<\/strong> The article raises the problem of representation of agricultural topics on the pages of the regional press. Exploring the specific features of the representation of the agrarian agenda through regional media, the importance of this process is emphasized, which promotes the production of integrating meanings, as well as the exchange between cultural carriers, using signs and images symbolizing (representing) the agricultural region. The factors contributing to the strengthening of the position of the regional press in the local information market, contributing to the strengthening of its influence on public relations in the region are indicated. The features and nature of the presentation of agrarian issues on the pages of local newspapers of historical periodicals are investigated in order to compare, evolution, continuity, identify the current state and level of innovation, clarify prospects. The features of the development of the agro-industrial complex through the prism of print media are outlined on the example of the newspaper of the Michurinsky district of the Tambov region \u00abOur Word\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The objects of the study were the visual photographic series and its color palette published in the Online version of the newspaper «Our Word», lead paragraphs, thematic videos in the format of «dynamic pictures», the content of publications and comments on the agricultural sector of the region. It is summarized that agrarian problems remain one of the leading topics in various essays about Michurinsk of the Tambov region.<\/p>\n
