Acting as an attribute of stability in traditional and modern societies, in the postmodern culture, the House, following the trends of mobility, itself acquires mobile properties. The article analyzes various functional features of housing from tradition to postmodern: the House \u2013 as a place for forming habits, a place for producing redundancy, a place for receiving messages, a vehicle (car). The methodological basis for the study was the immunological spherology of P. Slotterdike, and the nomadology of Zh. Deleuze, concepts of digitalization of modern media theorists. Special attention is paid to the adoption of nomadic properties of housing, the transformation of the House into a nomadic structure. The external shape of the House may look complete, but the spatial localization is constantly changing. Although the exterior and interior of the House are also changing: from decoration, which is associated with sedentary life, the transition to design, symbolizing mobility, short-termism. Trends in the theory of architecture that set new trends related to mobility, weightlessness, transformability and rhizomacy of housing are considered. Explication of existential experiences of a dwelling subject in the topology of postmodern space is described. It is suggested that the structure of the psyche changes due to the departure of modern housing from vertical structurality to horizontal, flat placement.
