This study was conducted using a questionnaire survey of residents of the city of Rubtsovsk in the Altai territory aged 18 to 60 years (n = 154). Processing of empirical data was carried out by the method of frequency analysis and by analyzing significant statements regarding various aspects of the population&#8217;s attitude to the activities of the press service of the Rubtsovsk city Administration. Based on the model of variables tested for the presence of significant statements, multiple logistic regression models were created using SPSS 20.0.<br \/>\nAs a result of the survey, significant data was obtained. For example, young people believe that the municipal government of the city shows insufficient interest in the opinion of citizens, but the activities of the press service of the Rubtsovsk city Administration are evaluated quite highly.
