Abstract. As the authors of the article believe, the most likely alternative for the traditional international sports organization that has entered a period of deep political crisis in general, apparently, is the creation of a new, not western, but eastern center or pole of concentration for managing the international sports movement.
However, the practical implementation of this alternative is a difficult task and is unlikely to be realistically implemented in the coming years. But in the very near future (as in the past, in the first half of the 20th century), it is quite possible for our countries to return to the applied model of physical culture and transfer sports organizations from a purely competitive to an educational trajectory — a trajectory that combines the main and military-applied sections of training trainers — teachers and applied athletes.
One of the fastest and most affordable options for the practical implementation of this plan is retraining in the specialty «Teacher of physical culture and life safety», in one subject and systemic plane, combining military-applied physical culture and the basics of life safety, including initial military training.
Therefore, the purpose of this material is to describe the structure and content of retraining in the specialty «Teacher of Physical Education and Life Safety», in one subject and systemic plane, combining military-applied physical culture and the basics of life safety, including initial military training.
Educational and educational additional professional retraining programs focused on the specified subject connection are retraining programs in the specialties «Teacher in Applied Physical Education and Life Safety» and «Teacher of Applied Physical Education».
Keywords: military-applied physical culture; retraining of specialists; OBZH (basics of life safety)
