Abstract. The article reveals the analysis model of the scientific-and-literary text from the point of view of the linguistic and communicative elements. The developed model concerns the texts for military-and-engineering specialties and the complex study of the linguistic aspect of the primary text and its actualization within the creation of the secondary text. The linguistic peculiarities study is based of the reference phenomenon, its language markers, repetitive nomination items. The research was carried out by means of the key positions in textology, communication, reference and nomination theory as well as in Special Purposes Teaching Methods of Foreign Languages. The research aim was to describe and check the efficiency of the analysis model in the aspect of the interconnection of its linguistic (referential-and-nominal) and communicative integral parts giving the possibility to obtain the metaskills for study-and-technical text work and the basic specialty knowledge allowing to formulate the utterance within the professional study-and-technical situations modeling and study-and-scientific specialty work based on the scientific text research methods actualized in different speech activity types. The generalizing stage was marked with the theoretical material collecting, analysis, synthesis of the necessary theoretical basis, hypothetic-and-deductive method. Comparison was used on the stage of the analysis model creating; and the efficiency consequences were made through the systemic approach. The research results include the analysis model consisting of the stages and speech activity types, and the exercises and goals, the prognosis results. The model is applicable for revealing referential-and-nominative peculiarities of the specialty texts in English and German.
