Abstract. The author presents an article devoted to the study of Chunjie (Chinese New Year / Spring Festival) as part of the festive culture of China through the Chinese language, words-realities of Chinese New Year greeting texts. The purpose of the study is to compile a classification of realities, thanks to which it was possible to compile a detailed and detailed sequence of the Chunjie celebration. Sociocultural, comparative-typological, and cultural methods were chosen as the research methodology. The author comes to the conclusion that a detailed study of the festive culture of Chunjie through realities and compiling their typology will allow us to explain in detail some features of the culture, which in the future can contribute to strengthening Russian-Chinese relations within the framework of the implementation of cross-cultural years. In this study, it was possible to compile a classification of realities of authentic New Year texts, describing in detail the festive culture of Chunjie. In congratulatory texts for the most important holiday in China — Chinese New Year, a fairly large number of words-realia are used, which are a vivid linguistic confirmation of the fact that China, living in the present, relies on the past, thanks to which it builds the future. The author of the article concludes that the realia of Chinese congratulations are a vivid linguistic expression of Chinese traditional culture, as well as confirmation of the fact that China, relying on traditional culture, continues to pass on and preserve the values of ancestors to future generations, thereby preserving the integrity of society.
